Hi Michael,
I wanted to let you know we will be moving by the end of this month and that your service has been invaluable to us over the past year. AT&T service was down right horrible and left us in a bad way many times as we rely on our wifi for calling etc. To say we have been happy with our service is an understatement- thanks again for providing a quality product to our area.

We moved to Japatul Valley in 2016. A close friend recommended Mountain Mesh for our internet service, we have not been disappointed. Mike really knows his stuff, and the speed is super fast, never any buffering while watching Netflix, etc. we recommend Mountain Mesh for back country internet service.

Mike,
I sold my home on Juergens Vista. It closes today so after this month, I will no longer need your internet service.
Your Internet services are far above the 4-5 providers we've tried over the last 18 years.
I not only want to tell you about the new owner, but also continue the service through the current cycle which will give them an opportunity to see how fast and reliable your service is out here in the country.

I've included him on this e-mail. I'm sure they will find your services, personal involvement and customer focus to be the same standards that I've experienced.

Descanso and Japatul Valley are in dips in the terrain and getting wireless service was impossible and cable is not available. All we had was dialup(slow) and satellite(unreliable and no VPN). Boo hoo. Then Mike developed Mountain Mesh with out-of-town technical experts and we now have excellent service. I think it's high-speed cable from Alpine to Mountain Mesh and then fixed wireless to our homes, businesses, etc. Mike installed a high-quality rf device on my roof and there it was! His access points seem to have battery backup and so does my pc, so weather doesn't matter. Hi speed. If I have a problem or question, Mike answers the issue and I am back on the air very soon. Highly recommended by me.

Mountain Mesh is awesome! I was so thankful when it became available in 2007, and I am STILL very thankful for the excellent internet service it provides - fast and reliable. Weather conditions don't seem to bother it a bit; rain, snow, howling winds, clouds - no problem. Customers are notified ahead of time when system maintenance is going to cause a brief outage; unplanned service interruptions rarely occur, and if they do, they are quickly resolved. Mountain Mesh's equipment is very small, yet very powerful; it "plays nice" with any device that asks for a connection. Long live Mountain Mesh!

I'm extremely happy with Mountain Mesh, the service has been reliable, the speeds consistent and exactly what was promised. I suffered through years of Hughes Net, but have been a customer of Mountain Mesh for 6 years now. I'm a business owner with internet service in 3 states at 6 locations and by far Mountain Mesh is the most reliable. I would highly recommend the service to anyone.

We have been a customer of Mountain Mesh for 8 years. We were using a dial-up service that was so frustratingly slow, we rarely used our computer at home. Our internet service options were limited in our rural area. What a difference after signing on with Mountain Mesh. The service is fast and works perfectly for our needs. Customer service is excellent, which is important to us. The business is run professionally, communication is great, and billing works seamlessly.

I only wish I knew about MountainMesh Internet service sooner. I had satellite Internet and every month I was slowed down to dial up speed. Even when it did not slow me down, it was slow. I do not do a lot of videos or music or major downloads but do bring my work home with me. That means logging into work server and downloading/uploading data. Frustrating! Then, along came MountainMesh! The prices are comparable to Satellite, and MUCH faster. No more staring at a screen waiting for a page to load. Mike communicates well in advance when upgrades to the system need to be performed and does it with the least amount of interruption. Some things are out of his control and he always follows up with an email to explain. In my opinion, MountainMesh is the best Internet provider for those of us living in the remote rural backcountry.
